He wins because he has a room full of people catering to his every whim his current wife liaising with his mistress, and his ex-wife still doing his bidding on her wedding day. Logan wins because unlike his whiny children, who he impersonates viciously, he knows how to play the game. It's his own gotcha moment, but unlike Kendall who hyperventilates for an entire season after double-crossing his dad, Logan barely seems phased by having to shut his kids' plotting down, yet again. They don't, as becomes evident when it's revealed their mother has sold them out in the divorce settlement, meaning they don't have the veto power they thought they did. At the end of the episode he calmly explains his reasoning for selling Waystar, and his children listen believing they hold the upper hand in this situation. The conclusion to the third season puts Kendall's fleeting victory over his father into perspective: the mic drop moment was in fact just a bump in the road for Logan.
